1 liter filtered water

Optional: lemon slices

Optional: fresh mint leaves

Optional: sliced ginger or berries


Instructions

1. Wash cucumber thoroughly and slice thinly.

2. Add slices to a glass jug with water.

3. Let infuse for 10–30 minutes at room temperature or chill for stronger flavor.

4. Add lemon, mint, or ginger for variations if desired.

5. Serve over ice. Refresh cucumber slices if storing beyond 12 hours.
